Please do not purchase anything from Car Heroes! It is a total scam to get your credit card information. I purchased a one time vehicle vin number check for 4.99$. They charged my credit card 3 times for $19.90 each charge. There is no way to contact anyone other than through email.I emailed them and explained I wanted my money back as well as any subscription THEY signed me up for cancelled. They responded the next day and said that they had additional options for $19.90.I did not sign up for anything else. They did not refund my money nor state anything about cancelling whatever they had me signed up for. and still no way to contact anyone to fix the problem. I had to contact my bank and get my credit card cancelled so they can not keep charging my card number. TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT USE!

I purchased a Car History report from this company that was only supposed to be $4.95 and when I checked my bank account they charged me $19.90. I then proceeded to look for reviews on this company and found out they have overcharged everyone who has used their site. I will have to call my bank Monday and hope they can refund me and make sure they do not charge me anything else. This company needs to be taken down they are a scam.
