I called car chex to see about an offer for free quote. The salesman name was Bill he took my info and gave me a quot of 138. and some odd cents. I told him i would all back on Friday. He called me instead first thing Friday morning. Got my info for the quote and how to pay the monthly fees. Well I ended up giving the car back to dealership and no longer needed policy so I called back to cancel it and it was suppose to be canceled but my bank statement showed it was withdrew again instead of depositing the amount. Ive called well over 10 times in 1 day and rvytime i get someone on the phone they put me on hold and never come back on the phone ive emailed them left messages plenty. still cannot get my money back
