Type of a scam Phishing
Called them back as I had not received any voicemails from them on my line which I have had for almost 10 years. They were extremely unprofessional and refused to provide any information that I was asking for. Claims I have a bill that was from 2007-2010 by CHASE bank. Refused to send a debt validation letter and said it wasn't their job to provide that. Refused to provide contact information to said CHASE bank so I could call them directly. Said I could "explain myself in court" and that they would serve me papers accordingly. When I said "fine" she said I had one option to pay in full and they would send an email with a link. I got the email from [email protected] in a drop box sign email. Did not open it for fear of some sort of phishing scam. Got another call today from Randy Anderson with National Processing Services saying they were coming to serve me papers Monday between 9 and 12 at my address. Googled all parties and nothing shows up. ScamPulse.com has THIS BUSINESS IS NOT ScamPulse.com ACCREDITED on what I assume is their company based on reviews with similar stories.
