So I PAID for this service but cannot use it. In fact, they are even saying I'm using posts when I have not been able to post anything from their platform.
Once I realized there was a problem, I started looking for information on this company. I found a lot of info on Zooninfo (https://www.zoominfo.com/c/capzool-inc/363231885) but all the contact info went nowhere. From Zoominfo I followed to their Facebook and Instagram accounts, which look abandoned for at least a year now. Their Facebook account has not posted anything in over a year as well and has reviews that are mostly BAD... the good ones seem to consist of mostly FAKE Facebook accounts.
This seems like a huge online scam... the site looks legit and I know people who used it YEARS ago, but now, it's just a money pit that is taking people's money and not giving them what they paid for.
