Don't ever call a phone number included on the initial contact. Always call the number on the back of your card. When you call the phone number used in this letter, you get a nice sounding lady that thanks you for choosing Capital One and asks for your name and account number....DING, DING, DING! Don't ever give them your account number. Capital One would already know this information.
