I ordered a storage cabinet back in march. After waiting a few weeks, I decided to send an email to see where my product was from that point on. I have been getting nothing but put off and eventually told they were going to investigate. They went further to give me a tracking number, but it was fake and did not lead to any product. I ordered when I made them aware of that, they apologized and gave me the same order number back. I’ve been very patient and this woman that I’ve been speaking with her name is Kat said that there is an investigation done she says that my product was never delivered and that they were going to refund me my money but they never did. It’s been about three weeks now. Also I asked several times for a phone number where I can speak to somebody and was told there was no phone number I can call.
