A friend shared a link to a product on her Facebook page. I saw this product - a Batman quilt - and wanted to purchase it for my husband and son for Christmas because they are both big fans. The website, www.capreme.net, was also running a "sale" on this purchase. I decided to buy it - shame on me for not doing more research - and paid the company through PayPal on November 1, 2018. On November 22, 2018, I emailed the seller because I never received any proof of purchase from them, nor did I receive any shipping information. The reply was an automatic reply with FAQ, including the information that they would ship a product within 20 business day. So, I waited until November 30, 2018, to email them again. I received the same automatic reply. Upon further investigation, the original link is now no longer working on their website. There is no way for me to search my order status through their website because I never received an order number. The particular product I thought I was buying is not available for purchase anywhere else. It looks like they copied pictures of someone else's work and posted it on their site. I am currently waiting resolution of a dispute I opened through PayPal.
