This company said it was associated with National Escrow Services and Financials (1 Oxford Center, Pittsburgh, PA, 15219). David Stewart, Senior Consultant, said Capitol Title and Trust had rented a timeshare for me and that I had earned $7,800. In order to receive the money I had to send $197 via Western Union to a Thomas Morris in Pennsylvania. I contacted a ScamPulse.com investigator in St. Louis who reported that the Capitol Title and Trust IP address was located in Switzerland and that staff photos used on the site were stock photos and not of the real people. The business last called me on June 5 and said it would contact me again in three months.
