I responded to an ad in my email and called Capital Network Support. I called the number and spoke to a woman named Claire. She gave me an overview of the company’s services which includes a monthly scrubbing of the computer to remove any fraudulent activity. Their offer was a 3-year firewall with increased security for $999.00 which I purchased. I paid them by holding up my check to the computer camera. She gave me the phone numbers of customer support and service. I was given a customer code ID and number. I have given them remote access to my computer every month where they have « scrubbed » my computer. I realized I’ve been scammed and stopped using their service, but they continue to call saying they have seen all kinds of « red flags » in my computer. The company refuses to reveal their location. A Google Earth view of the address does not show the locale.
