I recieved a call that was a robocall saying the process division department of Capital Management Resolutions needed to verify a current address and a place of business to proceed. I was told that I was forfeiting my opportunity to handle this matter outside of court and they want to follow proper protocol and procedure to serve me. I was never told the company that originally had the debt with, the amount or anything else involving the matter. The client was willing to rectify this matter if they heard from me today.
