This random person reached out to me about a new upcoming company looking for personal assistants. I hadn’t applied to any. She sent over a PDF document that had the job description and so forth and schedule an interview with me a few days later. She called me from a 587 number and told me they’d consider my application. She sent over a contract to be signed and asked for my direct deposit. I was supposed to start my first day July 21 & she never made contact. only to tell me later on in the day that she had a very important meeting with management and that we would regroup the following Monday. Monday came and I confirmed my readiness to work and she stated I’d get paid for being available on July 21 as per the contract I signed. Something seem off on that Monday I ended up giving her my resignation and said I’d await pay.

That pay was due for Aug 4 and never happened. She has yet to make contact with me again.
