Company contacted my son today asking for information to get in contact with me for a case being filed against me for breach of contract for a payday loan from 2010. Contacted company and spoke to a Mike McNair who repeatedly was argumentative about me defaulting on a loan with the company that he represents - Kenwood Services which has multiple payday loan companies that they represent. Due to identity theft I was forced to file bankruptcy on multiple items in 2015 and all items noted with my social security number even those I did not request were included in my bankruptcy. I find it troubling that a company would wait 8 years to file a breach of contract suit against any person after such a long period of time even items that have been discharged in a bankruptcy. This is a scam do not fall for this.
