I had a balanced owed on my account. I had an emergency and decide to call to pay my balance total to be able to use the car on the spot. I was told if I paid all balance and penalty I was going to be able to use my card right away and take care of my emergency. After a deduction of almost $500 and a transfer call to a manager named Leticia; I was told that I would need to wait 3 months for my card to reinstate all funds and have a workable card. In other words they lied to get a full payment from me when it wasn’t necessary since I’ve just had paid $90 dollars 2days back and I clearly was requesting special help.

This company is a scam, they lie just to get you to pay in full.

Now we are down $600 dollars with no card to use and no funds in the bank.

This company misleads its customers
