Received letter via post stating their records indicate for my full name on my account includes only 1 letter for first name along with rest of my name. In order to continue my account they needed verification of my full name by sending a copy of a government issued photo ID.If not receiving a copy, my account would be cancelled. Address listed to send info to PO Box 830 Stn Agincourt, Scarborough ON. M1S 0M4.

I do not have an account with Capital One so contacted Capital One to report this scam to, who in turn advised me to report this to BBB.

They informed me that is not their address.
