I got a call from this #. I spoke with the agent and played along with their script. we went round and round, they keep refusing to provide me with their company information. Round and round again we go, I finally got an address from one of the agents. I google searched the address and it came out to be Zip Capital Group. I call them and spoke with a so called manager. He advises me that my number would be removed. But then again they are calling me or leaving me a voice mail.

Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

You will be contacted about a work from home job. They may go by the name of *** or *** and as you to log into Google Hangouts and invite them to chat. There they will give you the name of a legit company and a real person, but this is not them. The person who contacted me claimed to be *** * *** with *** *** (mutual funds). They will interview you, have you wait, offer you the job, then send you a check that they want you to deposit right away and take the money back out the next day for the time-tracking software that will be added to the laptop they are sending you. Do not even deposit their check. Mine will show up tomorrow and I am sending it to the investigative department of the ***. Their check is probably bad and isn't cleared by the next day when you take money out to buy the necessary software.
