This company is fraudulent and the evidence is overwhelming. Unfortunately I didn’t do my research up front and only once I started running into roadblocks with customer service.

I placed an order of a single custom hat (total with shipping was about $47) on April 16th, 2020. The shipping timeline I received was 4-6 weeks. That timeline came and went without a word or update from “Capbeast.” Below is an outline of my correspondence:

- Emailed 5/28 asking about status of shipping

- [No response]

- Followed up 6/3

- [“Carlos” responds very politely stating that he’s waiting for his production department to confirm if the hat has been produced. Will not state a shipment ETA so not to give false hope but says he will get back to me with an update once he has one. Blames Covid for delays.]

- Obviously did not get any further update as promised. Followed up 6/16, 6/20

- [No response to either note]

- Emailed again (with some more passion this time) on 6/28

- [“Jorge” responds using extremely similar conversational language as “Carlos” and gives a variation of the same non-update I received the first time — saying my order is in production cue, will update me when he has shipment info, Covid is delaying process, etc)

- 7/3 emailed a final time demanding an answer or a refund

- [No response until today, 7/12, from “Carlos” again. Says he’s forwarded my order to his management and will update me.]

Finally, I just wrote back saying I’d be reporting their business and on the way to doing so, I came across other information about this site. 100% of the reviews I’ve seen corroborate my exact experience. No product. No refund. Bait you long enough that you can no longer contest the charge as fraudulent. Check out YEARS of these stories posted here:

I will not be stopping here. I will be reporting this information to Google, Facebook, GoDaddy (they are using a GoDaddy logo image lock-up certifying legitimacy of site), my bank, PayPal, Shopify and any other platform I can find that seems to be aiding in the livelihood of this scam. Unfortunately it will likely just fold up and mutate into another scam or fraudulent company. But if it means other innocent people don’t lose money to this business, it’s worth trying.

I ordered ONE custom snapback on 1/1/20 and was prepared to wait the 4-6 weeks for them to make it and ship it. On Valentine’s Day (2/14/20) I messaged them asking how much longer it would take and why it was taking so long, they told me ANOTHER 2-4 weeks and if I was willing to wait, they would give me 20% back. I said no and I would like to cancel, since it was supposed to be a Valentine’s Day gift. They told me they would refund my order and it would take up to a week. I emailed them again today (3/3/20) and they told me they would let billing know it’s a priority to refund me. I’ve looked on twitter and others have been complaining about the same issue as well. This business doesn’t follow through with what they promise, if they follow through with anything at all. I’ve filed a complaint with PayPal so I expect to get my money back, but hopefully this prevents someone else from wasting their time and money.

Trustpilot is filled with daily reports of other people who have been scammed – there is no product that has ever been created or shipped. They even respond to support tickets, saying all the right things and being very apologetic about production delays and being swamped with orders. They even offered me a discount code on a future order. had almost forgotten about it, until today they asked me my order number because they are doing a purge of bad reviews. It’s too bad in a way, the website would allow them to run a legitimate, successful business.

I found this company after searching for custom hats and place an order in September 2019. The website says that due to demand their time frame for shipping orders was 6-8 weeks, however it has been 4 months and I still do not have my order. I have been in contact with their "customer support" team through email, however it is clear that they have no intention of shipping out my order. It wasn't until after having these frustrations that I found online groups that have also had this issue by the same company and many others who have never received their online orders.

Ordered a custom hat from this company in October 2019 it never came, every time i would talk to them via chat or email they said it was waiting to be shipped. Finally after 3 months i asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. A month later, the refund has still not been processed. According to *** reviews, there are many cases that play out this exact same way - they do not have actual intent of fulfilling orders.

I ordered from this company 6 months ago still have not got my product and all the reviews I read people are saying the same thing
