Ordered two pair of shoes claiming to be Orthopedic arch support in wide. The tracking info claimed the package was coming from Italy but when it was received it was in fact from China. The product smelled of chemicals and was very poor quality. The product offered no arch support and was very narrow. I reached out to the company immediately through mediator xborderecommerce to advise of my request to return. They said that I could return the product but I would have to bare the cost of return shipping. The company claimed "ZERO risk" "risk-free 30-day guarantee" When I brought this to their attention they only stated that if I didn't want to return the product they could offer a partial refund (which started at $12 and ended at half the purchase price) After the last message they banned me from sending them any further messages. I asked for them to send me a return label and they never did.
