Ordered from Facebook ad and order confirmed and changed to my card on 9/27/24. Sent email checking status of order on 10/22/24, received reply on 10/27/24 that my order was lost in transit and would be reshipped as soon as possible. I have followed up on 11/27/24 and 2/24/25 with no response yet and no receipt of the order.
