My department created an online book for one of our client projects. After uploading our artwork, we soon received an email saying that the product had finished production. This was on 2/16/23. I have reached out several times to get confirmation of when we would receive the item, but they could not tell me. It has been over a month and we still do not have the product. I have reached out through their online chat to ask for assistance and they point me to an email, which no one responds to. Our team has had to find a new vendor and pay additional costs that we were not expecting to pay.
