I received a phone call from this unknown phone number which was local to the area. I answered it and the man on the other end asked if I could hear him. I answered by saying 'Can you hear me?' He answered back again and eventually got me to say the word 'OK.' I have heard about this scam where they use a recording of the victim saying Yes or OK to sign them up for fraudulent services and charges. So far I have not seen any activity on my bank statement but I wanted to report the incident and the phone number
