SCAM WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made a large purchase through this company. They reached out to me right away, ensuring my satisfaction. Months went by and I reached out to them multiple times regarding my order. They always returned my emails. They apologized for the issue and re-sent my order. To which was yet again stated to be delivered "in my mail box". I went through the process of complaint again. They still always answered my emails. They offered 60% money back, then 80% and finally 100%. We shall see if they follow through with this plan. I am ready to report this to my back if otherwise.
I checked back to their store and it no longer exists. This day and age I should have been smarter to know it was a scam. Nothing that promising is that good of a deal!
Going forwards, I won't make that mistake again.

I placed two orders and never received them, but I did receive a box with some kind of ring in it. When I contacted them, they told me my order was received and I explain to them I have a mail room and packages are never lost. I even paid for their shipping insurance. I’ve heard nothing back from anyone and those tracking numbers are bogus.

I purchased 12 items (blankets, sheets, and a sweater) and they sent me a tracking number. Waited for the arrival of package. But got a GRE diamond ring with the tracking number instead. When I contacted the company they said that was a gift for purchasing, but my 12 items had not arrived with this free gift. And I still have received my 12 items. I was told they would send the order again but have not been provided a tracking number, just told someone should be home to receive items. One invisible who contacted me went by the name, and I received another email by another name.

I had 2 orders and they sent me a tracking number, ZD8100540836CD

I checked everyday at the 17TRACK app but it took over a month and when it said that it was going to be delivered on Feb.23, 23, I checked every hour and the only thing that came in was a package with a red box and a ring. I sent a text to the company and they said they sent my items but it never came in! I don’t think they sent it and because they needed a tracking number to send me, they sent a fake ring so a tracking number can be generated.

I ordered 7 items from the canounlys.com website on 1/23/23, That never arrived to my door. The tracking# that they supplied after 2 weeks stopped tracking the items that they supposedly shipped to me, so I contacted them via the email address that they supplied me with, and they informed me that the package was lost and if I would like it re-sent, to which I declined and requested a refund. Their reply to me was it would take at least 1month for the refund, so I had the monies refund by going thru my bank. So on 2/25/23 I received a small package from North Hollywood, Ca. I'm thinking it's the computer memory that I ordered from Best Buy, so I opened the box and their was a diamond wedding ring inside of the box...which i never ordered. After inspecting the box I noticed that the same Tracking number that I was given for my original order for bed spreads and furniture covers, was the same exact tracking number that was printed on the USPS label. There was no invoice or order# in the box, just this laboratory grown diamond ring in the box. Nothing else!

Canounlys.com is a pop up ad advertising merchandise (clothing, jewelry, mattresses) and since I have seen this advertisement multiple times over a year, I entered the website and purchased a $21 mattress cover (I wanted to purchase something inexpensive in case I did find out that it was a scam). The website charged my credit card and never sent any merchandise. I attempted to email them at the (to report a problem) website, which is "[email protected]", and I received a message that reads "this message is undeliverable".
