Placed order on at end of Han. 2023. Had not recvd order by end of February/March. Chi’s tracking- said order delivered to courtyard/mailbox, I do not have a courtyard and pkg woul have been too large to deliver to my mailbox. I work from home and have ring security cameras, so I know when something is delivered. Emailed company with info on no-delivery. First tried to say maybe a neighbor got the pkg. I checked with my neighbors and no one got the package. Then tried to say they will reship. I responded that I wanted a refund. Then said my shipping address was different than the billing address. Not true again. Then said they would be willing to refund half because it was not their fault I didn’t receive what I paid for. Told them that was unacceptable and would be filing grievances with any and everyone I could..social media platforms and government agencies.
