Ryan shows his company’s books and bills and begs for help and promises partnership in return for temporary merge of company assets, pay for use of company logo and intellectual property rights, including call center with employees, etc. and repayment of loans made. He manipulates the law by twisting the words to convince others that they need to follow specific guidelines to stay within the law, meanwhile every direction leads to a way that he can steal what he is contracted to buy. 1 example is that after having the employees sign a contract to join under his company he then convinced them he now owned the call center and had the manager take the phone lines valued at 3 million and put it under his company name
