I did a search on google for CANNON printer customer service. The top phone number appeared from Google to call. I called and they asked for access to my computer to see what errors i was getting. They did a network scan and said i had foreign people connected to my computer. They were trying to have me get on the line with a technician with CISCO systems to fix my computer. They said that i did not have internet security and that i needed to work with CISCO to fix my computer. I realized this was not cannon support. I am afraid of what they pulled off my computer, when they had access to it. I later checked the number and it looks like they had a computer do millions of searches, so that it appeared at the top of google search. Phone number of company scam: 1-844-247-1987. I am afraid they could have pulled my turbo tax report or any other important documents.
