I saw this online AARP magazine cover with Kevin Costner on the front. I know AARP to be credible, so I wanted to see what Costner was promoting: Canna Farm CBD oil, FREE, all you had to do was pay for shipping. Like the other lady who reported the fraud, there was another product they offered also free, just pay for shipping. I was in a hurry, placed the order for about $13.00, but noticed the web address had the letter "s" after canna which is not in the name. Then I did a quick search on the product and could only find shell websites to promote the product. One was clearly written by a foreigner. Made a note to myself to cancel the product after work. When I got home to do so, I checked my email to get contact info from the confirmation order. There was no contact info, and the email is a "no reply" ([email protected]) so I couldn't cancel it. I immediately called my credit card company, discovered it IS a scam (no free products and pay for postage deals--all scams). I saw the charges on my CC acct. that should've been from one company, were actually 2 different companies, none of which were Canna Organic Farms or related to Kevin Costner. Charges listed on my acct were from Newestwebstore 877-285-8741, the other is Online Berries Now 877-412-3118. My bank said I needed to cancel my credit card to prevent further recurring charges which is what these companies do.
