I saw the ads for the product (CBD oil) several times on Facebook. I finally decided to try it since it appeared to be endorsed by Dr. Oz, and was a 14 day trial for the cost of shipping only. I placed the order on 7/31/2020, and soon after received a confirmation of the order. As of 8/7/2020, there was no notification of shipment. I tried to find the company’s contact information but was unsuccessful. However, I did find all of the Better Business Bureau complaints. I received the package on 8/11/2020. It had been shipped on 8/4/2020. I found a phone number for Canna Green on the ScamPulse.com site and called it (866-519-0427) to cancel the account and return the shipment. I spoke with the representative and he indicated that, since he is a third party, this issue is being handled by another number (877-367-3320) . I called the number and spoke with Chantal. She stated that this was not a free sample but was an agreement for a monthly subscription, and that unless cancelled before the end of the 14 day period, which started the day the order was placed, the automatic shipments and credit charges would start. By the time I received the product, it was already 11 days. I tried to cancel but was told that it was not their policy to cancel. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that the supervisor was not available but she would extend the trial to August 24, and instead of the $89.95 and $89.79 monthly subscription (I ordered both the oil and the gummies), she could reduce it to $19.85 And $19.79 per month. I was told that I had to call by August 24 to let them know if the products worked for me; if I didn’t call, another shipment would be sent the next day. If I called and was not satisfied with the product, my account would become inactive and I would not receive any additional shipments and my credit card would not be charged.

I ordered the Cbd oil and the Cbd gummies on 7/31/2020.

Order shipped on 8/4/2020.

Order received on 8/10/2020.

Called and spoke with representative on 8/11/2020.

I saw an advertisement on Facebook for free CBD gummies & oil. The product helps with arthritis. Company name is Canna Green. The advertisement stated the product was free. I clicked on the advertisement. They requested personal information to charge $6.97 for shipping. I gave my debit card number. I received the bottle of thirty gummies. I call my bank once a week to check my balance. They made two unauthorized withdrawals of $89 and the $6.97 shipping charge. It's a good thing I check my account weekly. I lost $184.97. I reported it to my bank. This is a lesson learned. There is no phone number for the company. The address on the bottle was P.O. Box 152212 Tampa FL 33684. I want to warn others.
