This company is run by a former ad executive who assaulted his wife and infant son in 1988. He served ten days of a thirty day sentence. The Law Society has published a warning about using Canlaw and cited some of it's interactions with the public.

Similar experience as I ordered a separation agreement kit and was never given an access code for the file. Emails were not responded to and I was out $55. Stay away from this site as they will take your money.

I ordered and paid for two legal forms kits: a parenting and a separation agreement kit. I was able to download and access the parenting kit. However, for the separation agreement kit, the link they sent me required an access code in order to open it. There was no access code. I attempted to request help, but never received a response. When I complained, this is the response that I received:
