Dishonesty and Misconduct
One year ago somehow my wife broke the bedroom window and I reported it to the superintendent asking him to repair the window. They replaced it and the same day replaced the living room window without informing us or giving any reason for that replacement. When we received the bill we realized that something was wrong. There were over charge fees. We contacted them but they never provided us any legal documents or legal invoices for the window replacements.
