Unfair Game Play

I recently started playing this game,I love it! Well when I first started playing it.I have spent copious and copious amount of money on it,its a fraud.People are getting depression through it just like myself.

This is a gaming app. called Match Masters by Candivore. The game starts off very fun. It has cute little characters. You have high-level boosters, mid-level boosters, and low-level boosters. You can purchase in-app items. I have played the game for 50-plus days straight and I had no problem accessing the game but there were problems within the game that I began to notice. I would be in a game against other challengers. I would swipe on an element (game piece) to move it and it would not move - the games are timed. The boards I found out much later after losing boosters that I purchased and won, were freezing. I could not understand what was going on as I thought that it was my phone until I started reading other players' comments on Match Master's social media pages. I also noticed that when I played with my high-level boosters the timer during challenges or matches went by quicker, as opposed to mid-level or lower-level boosters. I also noticed that when using higher-level boosters the elements that are in the game which are needed to charge the booster were scarce or barely available on the board as opposed to when using a mid-level booster or lower-level booster. I've had no problems getting into the app until recently after I changed my 5-star rating to a 1-star rating. I reported my feelings directly to the Support unit in the game, but no response, however, they did refund me a high-level booster, once. I've lost more than I can say as I am considered a pro-gamer in this particular gaming app. I had no idea that they were scamming me in the beginning until I started earning and purchasing high-level boosters. After complaining to support in Match Masters I then noticed subtle changes like no matter if I won or lost a challenge or match my opponent, all of a sudden went first no matter what. I also noticed that I was no longer able to access the game today after the negative review - I had no problems before. I also found others that are having very similar problems and complaints with the game. There is also a petition on change.org against them started by Eric Stidham. Match Masters have social media accounts and you may want to read about complaints by others, too.
