Stated that *** *** ** had a "compliant" against them. Mis-spelled word was the first tip off.
Second there appeared to be an attached letter but the link was for a Bitly account, not a link to the BBB.
Third, when we clicked on the link it appeared to download a document which our virus protection went crazy over and stated we should not open the attachment or continue with the email.
