I saw an ad for a lantern festival held in Virginia for Nov 18, 2024. They ended up canceling the event due to a fire watch. And said they would refund the tickets in 3-4 weeks or reschedule the event and they never did. There are hundreds of people looking for a refund or an update and they have not posted any updates on their Facebook page.
