The scammer had my home address.
Scammer offered to come to my home to offer me the money and the car.. Needed papers signed to collect the money and the car.
Said I could meet this person at a nearby WallMart. I did not agree to do this.
Asked if I had a Medicare Health Plan.
Gave me a registration number for my winnings: ********* I told him I would call him back at the number he gave me. (This would have been long distance. )
