I was bombarded with numerous Facebook ads using reputable Canadian's like hockey player Wayne Gereski to promote authenticity of products. Filled out a form requesting trial of "hemp oil" for pain relief and wrinkle face cream. Both products would be sent for the charge of postal delivery, ($4.95 us). Note: questioned if Cdn com. Why US funds? Card transaction date 02/11. E-mail confirmation identified products in shipment with no associted costs. The charges for mailing showed on my MC under the following names: "sevlasupplementseyesc and regimbalmosturizer " both with different US phone no's. I was never advised of the 15 day period to cancel any further orders.

On 12/19 I was sent an invoice by e-mail indicating an order placed for Canadian extracts oil showing an amount of $99.95. This was the first time any costs for products was identified. On 12/20 like order was sent for Canadian extracts cream for $97.99. Keep in mind that these are tiny sample amounts . Billing appeared on my MC 17/11 & 20/1 for companies for fortistestocom for $99.95 & engln*essentials also for $97.99 US.

Immediately contacted MC to assist in stopping payments but no assistance was available. Sent an e-mail in response to "E-mail:[email protected]. e-mail was returned and not accepted. Called no 1 (833) 400-0035. Spoke with customer rep who basically told me that it was my oversight that I did not see the 15 day period to cancel and therefore I must pay as order had been shipped. I immediately requested her to cancel my account which she did and verbally provided me with the following cancelation #955022 & #983217 . She refused to send this in a confirmation e-mail and tried to assure me that this would close my account.

Well guess what. On 19/12 & 21/12 I was billed on MC. $99.95 & $97.99. WENT SOMEWHAT BOLLISTIC. Called service no and was told that the cancelation was implemented and that these charges were for the original "free samples"

I have done much checking on site. It appears that they are closing down and are refusing to refund any of this.

Hope I got this all documented but with all the confusion may have some things squed. Please ensure that they are closed down and the public is advised widely of all like scams

Sometime in Nov 2020, an online ad came up offering a free sample of hemp oil. It stated that it was good for pain, anxiety, sleeping etc. I have fibromyalgia so thought I would give it a try. The ad stated that you only had to pay for shipping which was $4.95 USD. I ordered it and received it a couple weeks later. Late on Dec 29th, I noticed that I was charged $99.95 USD on my MC. I looked into it further and noticed that I was also charged $99.95 USD on Nov 26th. As it was after midnight and therefore December 30th when I noticed this, I sent an email to them stating that I wanted a full refund and only agreed to a sample. They stated that according to the terms and conditions that this was a trial offer and that I did not cancel within the 2 week trial period and that I therefore automatically got charged for the product. The ad was very misleading and made it sound like it was a free sample only and that you only had to pay for shipping. It did not explain like it did on their website where it clearly points out about a trial offer and that you had to cancel or would get charged. I called customer service at 833 444 2909 and she told me that because I did not cancel that I was charged. I told her that I was charged another $99.95 USD on Dec 29th and never received any further product. She said that because I cancelled on Dec 30th that I would not receive any further products. I stated that I wanted a full refund for any charges and that what they were doing was fraudulent and misleading. She kept saying that because I did not cancel that they would not give me a refund and when I asked her again about how I could be charged again on Dec 29th for a product that they do not intend to send me, she hung up. I got charged for USD funds and looking at their website they are based in Toronto, Canada. Also, I know they are linked to a company called Lewis Keto in the U.S. as that was the name under my credit card charges and I called them and they gave me the number 833 444 2909 to call. I am not working due to illness and would like the full refund of $204.85 USD, which includes all charges plus the shipping. This company is scamming people everyday and has to be stopped.
