I get in touch with one of the executive of this fraudulent company called "Canadaxplore" about a month ago. I got know about this through one of my friend. They offered me ticket details regarding my travel. In order to gain my trust, the person create booking reference for one of the renowned airlines and after checking my booking reference details on the official website I was ready to make a payment for my tickets. The person asked me to pay money through Remitly application and I made it. After taking so much follow ups, the person shared the copy of Invoice with me. My booking reference had been created but it was not yet confirmed even after paying the full amount. After that, he started ignoring my messages and was not answering my calls. I am attaching some documents in support of complaint. My tickets are still not confirmed after a month. Now, I am asking for refund but they are not replying to messages and not responding to my calls. One of my friend is also a victim of this scam. One thing about these people will never agree that they are scammers. Please beware of them. One important thing I want to aware everyone that the company will claim that they are proud member of American Society of Travel Agent. After we try to verify their membership number we came to know that they are expelled from the association.
