This private lender company emailed me and said that I was approved for a $20,000 loan. So I was contacting them back and discussing the loan agreements such as interest rates and term and excetera. I had three options where I could do two with a cosigner or one by myself I chose to do the third option by myself so they said that I had to put down a certain amount of money and that would secure my loan that wouldn't cover the interest rate and I would get that back after my 90-day probation. So I sent them the deposit that they asked for they told me that my loan would be rude least in 45 minutes never happened later on that day I called the rep that I was dealing with and asked what was taking so long and he said that it was 75% completed and then all of a sudden there was an air in the loan agreement and I had to pay the additional amount of money they needed the full amount so I sent them some more money. After that they told me my funds would have been released that night will the next night next day I went and checked and it wasn't there so I contacted the company back once again and asked what was going on why there was a holdup with my loan excetera and they just said that whoever approved alone the broker at the time messed up on it and so I have to pay the government taxes because of how these loans work this is my first time ever experiencing doing alone like this so I wasn't sure about all of this and so I sent them some more money and they said that my funds will be released later that night I was on the phone with one of the senior upset I've been dealing with the whole time and he's like it's almost completed like 5 five minutes more and I kept getting excuses the guy put me on hold and never did come back on the line and then the next day I had emailed the company that night and supervisor had called me and apologize me said this is a very messy he's like these people shouldn't have done that and he's like this someone's going to be held accountable for it and he's like I'm so sorry so he gave me two options where I could get my emergency refund or they could void the loan agreement and redo it over and he said that because I was high risk due to my credit score that I would have to put a certain amount of money down and I would get it paid back after the 90 days grace. And I was like is this a for sure thing and he said yes I'm not giving you the run-around I promise you and so I gave them a little bit more money and after that that he gave me my guarantee letter stating that it was there I was still waiting for my loan agreement to come through because I had to sign all these documents and they would release the hold off my loan which they never did I contacted the RCMP of contact identity fraud department and I have also contacted a lawyer regarding all this because who just has money to throw around just secure loan to try and pay off that I sure don't that's the whole purpose of this loan agreement that I applied for. So anyone ever doing alone please check into them and see if they are legit.
