I paid for the subscription shortly afterwards I change my phone and now they will not let me switch this even after I showed them proof. They are asking from something that from Google Play that does not exist. The picture I sent you is the only thing that shows up on Google Play and it's also active. They're saying they need a receipt and I don't know what else they want cuz here it is. I simply asked them to renew half of my subscription since it hasn't worked in 6 months. They try to scan a lot of people like this and try to get you to upgrade even though you already have there are several complaints about this on their website. I left you my email only because they do not provide one. If you go to support they'll just give you questions to ask but will never provide you an email. Or phone number.
