I paid $64.90 for a Gonzaga quilt. After two weeks they sent me a message saying my order was ready and awaiting pick up from carrier. After 4 more weeks I checked back and the links no longer worked. I tried their website and they said they had no record of my order (despite the fact that they took my money). We are sitting at 8 week since purchase date, still no item and the company has not returned any of my chats/emails.

I placed an order for an Atlanta Braves blanket/quilt. i received a confirmation on 12/1/2018 and was told it was being processed for shipping and that they would notify me when it shipped. I never heard from them again. When i tried to email their support address, all my emails were returned. This was order #1475, My credit card was charged $58.91.
