Purchased potential Corgi after talking to business. Request $500 to be transferred through Zelle. After they were to deliver said puppy they called and requested another $500 for insurance for the puppy that they said they would refund in cash when the corgi was delivered. I let them know that I was not comfortable with the transaction at that point and asked for a refund. I sent a request for a refund with Zelle and the denied the request. Vystar Credit union has also put them on a scam list. I will not be able to recoup my $500 which I believe is crap. Please investigate.
