Company advertised on Facebook an extremely powerful flashlight. Two were ordered as Christmas gifts on 9/27/23. What was delivered were mini flashlights (like for a key chain). Return instructions were requested. A series of dialogs began with Gris Tran, Customer Support Agent ([email protected]) who repeated rejected a return request. Instead, they ultimately offered a 50% credit as their final offer. Product was returned to the source: Mr. Li, 5510 W104th, Los Angeles. CA 90045. My follow-up for refund was rejected because my return was not authorized.
