Called me tonight, although they have called me at least 10 times over the last year. Said they were from Microsoft and my computer was having problems and that they had my computer id and they could prove that they were with Microsoft if I would let them show me where my id was they would prove to me that they were legit since no one had my computer id except myself and Microsoft. I told them I wasn't having any problems with my computer and they said they were getting error reports on it. So I asked them how I could get in touch with them if I saw a problem and they hung up. Previously, on other similar calls, they said that they were from Microsoft and my computer was generating errors at Microsoft. I didn't have any such errors and they wanted to charge me over $400 to fix it. I accused them of being scammers and ended the conversation. They sound like they have accents as well and keep calling me with the same story but don't realize that they have called before.
