caller left message indicating that if I knew the person or was the person, I was to call them back IMMEDIATELY at 866-675-1682. Entire message was cut off as they left me a cell phone voicemail. Looked up the number for callback & it brought me here, indicating that it is in fact a Debt Collector Scam.. I don't have anything outstanding for any debt collector.
