I was sent vm stated a carrier want to set up a time to deliver a federal mail. I called the number back and was told by Emily that they had my information on a credit card account with navy federal from 2007 that i never had. I told them that this is incorrect. She forward me to her supervisor to whom i ask for a copy of the doc. And information on the documents that were "suppose" to arrive today which never did. The supervisor name Brian hung up. When called vmback he tried to change his voice to sound like a women and when i told him i k ew it was him he hung up again. They were trying to get me to pay 3000 for a debt i dont owe.
