I clicked on a facebook ad for golf balls. I went through their website (https) so thought it was secure and proven. My order was for $39.99, however my credit card was charged for $49.98 to "PHP*coreprettys". I received a confirmation email the next day. I waited about two weeks for the product and then reached out as I had not received it. Their support email said it had delivered and I should check with neighbors. They said the package was successfully made to "the local post office" their tracking info shows no towns or states. I tried locating their tracking number in USPS, UPS and Fed-ex and it does not exists with any of them. I am getting a robotic like response through email. They refuse to connect me with a manager or provide a customer service number. I have provided the email chain. They continue to say that they are at a loss for shipping the product out, at one point they even said they sent the incorrect item, but will not provide a full refund.
