The online review showed that the company had a very bad review. They had a good review website but you can't post your comments if you give them bad review. Also, the review of their products were posted by themselves, since I was not able to post any review there. There is no phone number to call the company, and if you ask question online, every time it will show "invalid" after you input the code.
More important, I just found that the products are same online from another company named "Charmmiss". I think they tried to change to another company to sell the poor products and attract new people who want to buy items online.
I sent emails to the company and got replied by five different names of person who is taking charge of this matter. They always asked me what items I want to return even I have told them before. It seems that they just send out their garbage products, and although they made mistake, they won't want to refund the money to customer.
