Rather than email phishing this one is regular US mail phishing... The postcard was sent 12/12/19 to my private home letting me know he is looking to purchase my property as - is when it is not for sale. 'Trevor' is offering cash rather than work with a Realtor that knows what is for sale in the area. What type of personal information and for what purposes is this company/person using to gather this information as well as continuing to pursue his attempt to make purchases without them even being for sale?
