Ordered 6 coins, Dec. 1, 2019 & paid by personal check (very stupid it turns out).

Dec.16, 2019, Only Received 3 coins, No packing list or paperwork. I have called > 37 times & emailed > 59 times. NO REPLYS, NO COINS, & NO REFUND. Plenty of aggravation & frustration about them stealing my money & Christmas gifts. They are scammers, crooks & thieves and they will STEAL from you also !!!

Call Bullion https://callbullion.com/ is NOT functional & induces an error message stating, "Mail has no recipient". Phone # 855-500-3500 = NO reply. Web site, https://callbullion.com/, does not reply. [email protected], Is NOT functional. No replies!!! They stole over $4,500.00 from me.

I filed a complaint with BBB. They have heard NOTHING !!!

PLEASE stay away from these CROOKS !!!

12/1/2019 - I ordered 6 - 1 oz. gold coins, (4 - American Eagle (BU) + 2 - Canadian Maple Leaf, valued at over $9,000). My personal check #228 for $9,003.22 was cashed by First Third Capital, Inc, 2950 NE 188 St. Suite 123, Miami, FL 33180, on 12/09/2020.

12/18/2019 – I signed for a package, UPS Signature Tracking # 9506 1154 2492 93482434 61. Postage = $36.15, the Shipping Label was handwritten. It contained No packing slip, No documentation, NO paperwork of any kind.
It did contain a trashed UPS envelope containing 2 - American Eagle (BU) + 1 - Canadian Maple Leaf coins. ONLY one half of the order that I had paid for was enclosed.

I immediately called the phone # from web site, 855-500-3500 & emailed them at [email protected] & http://callbullion.com/.
I called over & over (twice a day) & emails (2-3 a day), for months, I have yet to get any reply. (Currently they do not exist).
I contacted the BBB & they were unable to contact them or get a reply.
Please Do Not do Any business with these people. They stole my money & they WILL STEAL yours !

I ordered 2 Golden Eagle 1 oz coins 3/23/20 and just received 4/7/20 only 1 Canadian 1 oz gold coin!
I have called their business number and texted several times with no response!
I should have read your reviews above before I sent money, but thought I was dealing with a reputable company!
It appears from the above that there should be enough evidence to sue this gentleman and recover our losses if the State’s Attorney is made aware of his malfeasance!

Like so many others I believed they were a legitimate company. The scam is exactly the same: The website only sells multiple coins, so they send you part of the order, if you’re lucky, and then just Stonewall and lie and lie and lie. I paid $3400 for two gold buffaloes, but received many days later one gold eagle. I guess they figure that No one will pursue legal action against this leach,Gary Grünbergs.How about a class action suit? We need to organize! This pos needs to be in prison.

Clyde Bates is also Private 1575399683 who tried to scam us with a false claim that he never received his package. However, USPS sent him a letter confirming delivery and his signature confirmation. We guess he never mentioned that in his claim. Also, he seems to tarnish reputations on the internet. We may not be the only victims of his need to try to unjustly enrich himself with this extortion and blackmail tactics.

Clyde Bates has never been to court or been sued once in his life. Gary Gruenberg on the other hand has been sued over 30 times even using different names. He needs to be shut down. I see there has been yet another complaint on BBB site for callbullion.com. Same MO. Send half order and dare you to sue him and in his words pay the $50K to do so. Do your homework and see that this company has only been in business since 11/2019 for a reason. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY...

It's a scam...paid for 2 one ounce coins and received only 1 coin - not even the correct coin...had to call from a different area code to get an answer...reported to BBB but it will take them a while to have the complaint up to steer people clear of this scam. Check BBB for hardbullion.com...same company, same address, same scam

CallBullion.com used to be 007Bullion.com and then it was HardBullion.com. The scam is run by Gary Gruenberg who also runs AMG Financial Group and Fifth Third Capital. He is the same guy that runs PremierPopArt.com. He has opened well over 30 companies and all have shut down. He has been sues by multiple people over art, precious coins, and furniture including the IRS. He starts companies and offers good prices to lure you in. He then sends a partial shipment or nothing at all. Do not under any circumstances send him money. It may seem like a good deal but when you get less than half of your order, it is not so good.

If I were a fraud, scammer, cheat, ect I would make up some story like the competition story from owner Gary Gruenberg. Notice he did not deny that any of the fact were untrue as they can be verified online. The best thing to do is go to clerk of the courts records for Dade County and type in Gary Gruenberg. Approximately 40 court cases will come up. Even when he loses cases he claims to be bankrupt and doesn't pay. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY.
