I purchased a bong from a website for $315 after fees. There was only an option to pay in bitcoin or Venmo, so I paid with Venmo. After a couple days, I emailed the company and asked if the item would be shipped out soon. They responded and said it would be, but it’s been a week and now they’ve stopped responding to my messages. I tried the phone number on the website, but it seems to be fake. I am really looking for help to get a refund on the purchase I made. Thank you!
