Purchased support and software from Techgeekx for years with complete satisfaction. I called on 3/6/2020, they told me they changed their name to Caligeeks and must pay $249 for 3 year software tech support, which I did. Shortly after that the Pandemic hit, they vanished, called them several times with no one responding. Recently received an email message from them, I called and talked to Adam about an Outlook problem, he demanded more money to upgrade my system with a long explanation that was completely meaningless. Asked to speak to a manager, he said he was the manager, and no one higher to speak to.
Bottom line, they are grabbing any amount of money they can get, and will not help until you pay.
Very disappointed.

Yes. I was trying to add Amazon prime and I put in code it said then it says call to set up I did he ask for 180 dollars then say I can pay 17 now and set up payment plan for the rest. I did then he guide how to turn it on first it wasn't in my name it was some other people name then he hung up. I called back and a lady answer and said she can't resolve problem I have to know his name and work number. I told her he did not give me that info she said well I don't know what I can do. I asked for a supervisor she said he was busy and he will call me back back I've waited several hours. Now I call and the lines are busy. She wouldn't give me her name aswell. She also said in order for her to fix the problem I had to pay her 59 dollars... This is such a scam and I would like my money back..... Now on top of that they some how got my card blocked I can't use it anymore cause of them..

I turned on my Amazon prime TV and they asked for a code they sent me a code and a phone number to call. He told me that Amazon was now charging a registration fee of 69$ for a one time charge. I don’t generally fall for this stuff but I really thought it was Amazon. I checked my bank and he pulled out the $69. And when I saw caligeeks as who took money out of my account. I called the bank and cancelled my card. He was stupid enough to to leave me his number and I called him and told him he made a big mistake scamming me, that he didn’t know who my family was and they were coming after him. He reversed the charges.

Thier is a new scam in market called roku activation...scamming people by Roku service.These guys are located in India in New delhi ..there names are Sourabh kumar, Parvinder singh and many more people are involved in this scam,,they charged me 250 dollers just for roku activation that is always free. just shut down their compnay as soon as possible. i already figured out their location in India where they guys are doing scam.These type of people are curse for their parents and for the whole Nation as well
