Called my husbands phone stating they were the ScamPulse.com but as the conversation went on they were asking for information that the ScamPulse.com has and when I asked who they were again they said a different company. They were stating a new law had passed and that I could get services cheaper and that i had to answer a qualification question and then i could talk with their accountant or something. I then stated I was gong to call the ScamPulse.com myself and ask them due to me personally communicating with them earlier that week and no mention of a law passing. He didn't argue or try to get me to not call but tried to get me to talk with the "accountant"
