This person reached out, saying they were doing so in order to complete a final inspection for a home improvement project I had had Home Depot do. This person asked for contact information and a day and time to schedule a final inspection at the property. Their website was not secure and terribly unprofessional, with placeholder text and images. Their address showed no signs of their presence and seemed to be occupied by a different business. They did have information that made it appear that they were legitimate, including a copy of my scope of work from Home Depot.
